@beliserius there is no country that comes even close to US military spending. Our spending alone is more than the next 10 largest military budgets combined. It would take virtually every country decades to catch up if we stopped now. Only 7 countries have even a single aircraft carrier. None have more than 2. We have 11. China has none. We are the only country with Nimitz class carriers. We are completely and utterly dominant. We don't need to spend what we are on defense.
