Homestead has changed so much since the hurricane.To this day if you drive down Card Sound Road you can look to the left and right and see dead trees broken in half.An eerie reminder/warning of what a hurricane can do.

If you live in Homestead, I don't care if you consider it to be home or not; the next time a hurricane is headed your way, LEAVE NO MATTER WHAT!
Trust me, if you leave, you will spare yourself from certain death!
