My friend Vance, played a Michael Card song for me and -to his astonishment I just dissolved into tears. It felt like the doorposts of my soul was shaken by the truth and the beauty of his music.
Does anyone have the full studio version of this song? And the other songs off his album "Present Reality"? I just loved the album but can't find it anywhere now. Please Jesus, let someoneupload it for us, and bless them back mightily. Amen. Over to you people, claim that blessing.
Thank You, Lord for Michael Card and his inspiring music and lyrics and each of the very talented musicians here! Yes, Lord, I want to know you in this present reality when things can be so hard and seem so hopeless. Thank You Lord that You do dwell in us through our Baptism. And Thank God for you tube, where we can hear such beautiful music and see the beauty of God's creation!!!

A beautiful song that I need to start listening to again. I couldn't listen to this song for a long time because when my parents were splitting when I was little Dad got really depressed and listened to this over and over. I guess for a long time it got tied into the emotion of the time. This is my first time hearing it in over 15 years and it's awesome. Have to go find Dad's old CD's now. = )
Everything that Michael writes is so profound and the meaning is deep. I just wish everyone could hear Michael's music, it is such a blessing and some songs even make me cry because of the truth in each song. Thank you Michael for writing the truth in song.
Michael Card - A troubadour of the highest calibre. His music stands alone in it's passion, vision and theological integrity. His vision undimmed, His passion timeless.
That intro is just amazing... that was a hot piano player!

Got to love the Singing Bible Teacher - the "broccoli of Xian music," as he ruefully describes himself. Well, I love broccoli.

Have this song on a cassette, but haven't listened to it for years and years. Isn't YouTube wonderful for discovering old lost loved songs?
