@ndragon88 Thanks. Yep that's a great idea. I wanna learn maybe really low porn-star grinds and unitys too. Top soul stuff looks really hard. I just learned half-cab into frontside but i wanna learn ally-oop stuff and then a few cool ways or getting out of grinds like 270's or 360's too. Anything fakie would be cool. Like a backwards Makio or Mizou.
@neokregon2009 to be honest with u i would say ledges are the best to learn on but the hardest to develop great style. I learnt everything on a ledge. I was so addicted to grinding when i first saw someone do it that i spent hours on a little box at the skate park lol
@ndragon88 Very cool. Well i have a small fun box with a raised coping for edges. I made it awhile back and it just needs a few finishing touches then its useable. It should do the trick. Its kinda like a ledge and rail together. What are your favorite grinds? I learned front-side first so I'm the most comfortable with it.
@neokregon2009 Well I saw someone do a Makio grind. I called it the '1 footed grind'. and from there onwards i realised we could use the soul plates to grind. From there I created the '2 footed grind' Mizou lol. Then thats when I googled some tricks and went from there.
My favourite grinds for myself would have to be Top Acid, Mistrial, sunny day and back farv.
I love seeing people do Tru Mizou with full cab out. I can do the tru mizou but only 180 out
if your going to learn topside grinds, id suggest on a rounded rail ledge. like not a flat ledge. if that makes sense..
