And what the heck are you using petrol type dispenser to fill the container with olive oil? You will need to use Stainless Steel food grade material for anything that touches the olive or the oil.
Nice video. The washing machine was not good at all. Before washing the olives you should have got rid of all the leaves. Look at 1:04 during the tape. The leaves are still with olives going to the olive crusher. Leaves will leave biter taste in oil and make it hard to swallow. It is not recommended at all. These machines are old and not very well maintained.
