  • Hahaha I love when you hill billy hippies get locked up, that guy on the video looks so saaaaadddd hahaha, throw them all in jail, especially ademo with that field goal gap in his teeth

  • This reminds me of the scene in Braveheart where Wallace was given a chance to pledge allegiance to the king so that his death would be swift.

  • So this is what our taxpayer money is going towards. Paying some loser law enforcement to arrest, detain, and set bail on someone who decided to wear a hat in a courtroom??

  • omg here's a perfect example of both Pete's and Ademo arrogance. I'm totally going to use this against him in his arguement against me. Thanks uploader!!!

  • at 0.12 "so can i say hi to him?" ....are you serious!!! this isnt highschool for gods sake you sound like a bimbo who is just learning about orderly conduct! i dont care how innocent you hippes think you are and how corrupt our system is. It pisses me off that i served my country while you HIPPIES complain about it!! try this bull in afghanistan or cuba or korea.....you pampered spoiled KIDS!

  • LMAO! At 2:42 the guy in the black dress says, "You're presumed innocent..." and I laughed out loud so loud my cat jumped, and a few people laugh in the court room too. So I guess when the guy wearing the black dress says to remove everyone, I'd have to go too. What an ass! You're presumed innocent? Then why are you locked up?! This has happened to me as well and I got nowhere fighting it.

  • @davidbrucemusicvideo

I replied to youbut this is for everyone. You guys seem to have no clue about the law. There is more to this than the Constitution. The Constitution formed our government, but has NOTHING to do with DUE PROCESS OF LAW.

If you guys would actually study the law, NONE of this would have happened simply because you guys would understand how to fight back, legally.

Listen to RULE OF LAW RADIO, M and TH 8-10 and F 8-midnight. Stop behaving like anarchists!

  • @FreeinTX

Could u explain a little more of what you mean these guys could do? These guys know a bit more about how to do this than you may know. You'd have to watch more of the videos to see that, perhaps. :-)

  • @davidbrucemusicvideo

1st - Listen to RULE OF LAW RADIO, M and TH 8-10 and F 8-midnight. They are the pro's.

Instead of going into that stairwell, the camera guy, having witnessed his friend get assaulted, instead of going after the judge, asking questions that the judge isn't even allowed to answer, causing all of this to happen, could have gone to that same judge, later that day, and invoked his DUTY as a magistrate, and act on CRIMINAL CHARGES filed against the Baliff and the 3 cops.

  • @FreeinTX

    Interesting.

Have you written the owner of this site and helped them with this information? Also, have you seen all the other videos?

  • @davidbrucemusicvideo

I haven't written anyone specifically, but yea, I'm trying to post this on all the clips around this event.

July 14th about a half hour in, and July 15th for the 1st 45 minutes, in the archives of RULE OF LAW RADIO, they explain Due Process, and how we use the legal system to effect change using internal politics. For example, a DA with numerous bar grievences may not care that he has bar grievences until he runs for judge and his challenger sees those grievences.

  • @davidbrucemusicvideo I've seen the videos and tried to get this info to the victims of these crimes. They attack me and insult me because I do not believe that it is appropriate to verbally attack and threaten a judge in a stairwell for his decisions in court. They ignore the remedy because the believe their way is better.

  • @davidbrucemusicvideo

Swear out a complaint on the Balif (assault, official oppression) and the 3 cops (aggrevated assault, OO), take those sworn complaints to the police station (film or record everything). When they refuse to take the sworn criminal complaint, file charges on them, too. (shielding prosecution/conspiracy)

Take these charges to a magistrate and invoke his duty. When he refuses to act, criminal charges and judicial misconduct complaints.

  • @FreeinTX I'm going to assume since you can't spell aggravated you probably don't know what it means. If you truly interpreted anything in the video as "aggrevated" assault then I know you're functionally retarded.

  • @MikeHunt1052 Aggravated assault is assault with a weapon on display. If you walk into a store with a gun on your hip and demand the stores money, that is called Aggravated Robbery, even if you never pull the gun out of your holster. When a cop assaults someone, he is doing it with a weapon on his hip, and it constitutes aggravated assault even if he never pulls is out. A cop, committing a crime, is not a cop. He is an armed felon committing an aggravated crime!

  • @FreeinTX

Moron, an LEO executing an order of a judge isn't committing assault. Do you know what contempt of court is? This is a cut and dry arrest. You're using false comparisons and completely deviating from what actually occurred. Aggravating circumstances are NOT solely established on "perception" of the victim, but the totality of those circumstances/facts. Using YOUR twisted logic,a butcher could be arrested if he disappoints a customer.

  • @MikeHunt1052 1 - There is NO SUCH THING as a "LEO." They are either PUBLIC SERVANTS or certified peace officers. 2 - You are changing he subject. If the cop commits assault with a deadly weapon on display, it is aggravated assault. If the cop is following an unlawful order, even if it is a judges order, it is AA. 3 - I agree that the judge should not have been attacked in the stairway, and he was attacked, and insisted at the time that they should not have done that.

  • @MikeHunt1052 4 - If a butcher threatens or assaults you while holding a butcher knife, that's AA, also. 5 - The AA that I am referring to was the arrest for not taking off a hat. That is not contempt of court. I suggested filing charges against the cops for THAT arrest, and also insisted that the arrest for the stairwell incident was just. So, lets be clear here. Not taking off your hat is NOT contempt. Not obeying a judge when he issues BS orders is not contempt.

  • @MikeHunt1052 The term "aggravated" is applied if the VICTIM perceives a threat of the use of a deadly weapon, so sayeth SCOTUS! If the VICTIM believes that the cop will pull out his gun and use it to effect his crime, THAT is the requisite of the added aggravation. And believe me, if you resist that cop, who is committing assault, hard enough, he will use that gun, and it is loaded! Assault - offensive or provocative physical contact with another.

  • @davidbrucemusicvideo

On and on this goes, and in the end, you get internal politics of the court working for you as you file more and more criminal charges, bar grievences, and judicial misconduct complaints against more and more people who insist on using their position to protect the system. Politics will fix this, not anarchy or pointless civil disobedience. If you are going to civilly disobey, make sure you have a plan for getting arrested and taking the fight to them!

  • @davidbrucemusicvideo

they should know being that these jack asses are always getting arrested

  • @michaelal20

    What jack asses?

  • I think its funny that he says "well what I'd like to see is the chance to appologize and leave" sorry, little boy but if you break the law you need to suffer the consequences. Stop being retards and you wouldn't end up in jail lol

  • "Out" , so much for a public trial. If the Trial is public, then everything is public. The judge has to get your slave card I.D. or can't hold and charge you. If you don't testify against yourself (5th amendment right) I will extort from you your right to liberty. The judge is a criminal. There is no injury. THe Court is not a court of the State, I guarantee they are Federal Employers and have a FEIN #, they are not representing the State but are private corp reps of the FEDS

  • It all comes down to revenue; it's not about justice, public safety, or order... it's about their huge egos; they forget they work for us, we pay them, they took office to protect citizens, then they are guilty of violating their oath of office... but they see no jail time for that.

  • Look, you free-staters are awesome, but you're going about it the wrong way. laughing in a court room is unwise, and extremely disrespectful. in a lot of ways, this guy brought this on him self. Oh, and swearing at the judge? Seriously?

  • @brainjuice00 People who offer their services voluntarily on the free market would never react this way. They might throw him out of the building, but kick him out and lock him up? That's ridiculous. We should privatize the court system and see if these guys can act like reasonable human beings when their paychecks depend on it.

  • when are you people going to learn how to challenge personal jurisdiction? It is excruciating to see thee courts run roughshod over you... DENY the state. Stake your claim of rite.. put them on notice.. stand on your sovereignty.. please study and learn how this game works... jurisdiction MUST be proven.. and no matter what they say.. it is a bluff.. they NEVER have jurisdiction over a sovereign.... the CONstitution does not GIVE you rights... learn to say 'constitutionally protected rights'.

  • What I find outrageous about this sort of event, is that the guy was IN COURT when they arrested him. "Probable Cause" is REQUIRED, and is also a JUDICIAL DETERMINATION. SO, why did they take him OUT OF COURT, process him into jail, wait a certain period of time (days?), and THEN bring him to a judge?? The charges are pure B.S. Since he was in the court, the judge should have made the determination ON THE SPOT. Not some knuckle dragging power-tripping pig gangster in costume. Outrageous!

  • The "free staters" need to get some education on how to handle themselves in court. (so do I) From some of these videos, it doesn't look like they understand what they are up against. Of course the judge is an idiot, but you can't wrestle with a pig - you both get muddy and the pig likes it.

Where is the corpus delicti? There isn't. So, motion to dismiss for lack of standing. There is NO CRIME, therefore no standing. The best defense for both of these guys is a good counter-suit.

  • @TheFosted1 Really? Do you mind telling me where i was wrong, because it was pretty clear to me.

  • @TheFosted1 He was in contempt of court. So he was charged, so he broke the law, so failing to provide ID was a second charge. Its called Jurisprudence, you should look it up.

  • @matthewlane so if the bailiff told you to get down on your knees and suck his cock, if you refuse, is this breaking the law? I'm curious where the line is and how far you'll go to justify it

  • @Ophericon For starters a judge would never do that & if he did he would be immediately disbarred. It goes against a juedges oath.

  • @Ophericon by the way what you did just there is a logical fallacy called "Appeal to ridicule" & is usually a sign that the person you are talking to must reduce your argument to the silliest non sequiter they can, because they can't refute the actuality of the statement made... Don't do that.

  • @TheFosted1 Actually he got removed for contempt of court, but then refused to provide his real name, at which point he had commited a second crime. Just to be specific about why he was arrested.

  • Haha " we don't know whats going on... so you are forever imprisoned" mwaahahaha

    What a stupid system...

  • By their own admission locking innocent people up for not telling them who you are (-A-)

  • I know for a fact that the skills exist here to reproduce it and upload it to various channels etc. lets see how much will for liberty really exists in this movement as there is nothing more important for the cause of libertarianism that you can do

  • WE ARE IN SERIOUS SHIT !! THERE ARE LIBERTARIANS IN THIS MOVEMENT WHO DONT EVEN KNOW THEY ARE ANARCHISTS ! I HAVE MADE A VIDEO FOR YOU SO

FOR FUCKS SAKE PUT IN THE BORING HOURS DOWN IN TRENCHES AND SPREAD IT !! ITS CALLED "HOW CAN YOU BE

    FREE WITHOUT ANARCHY"

  • Can we get rid of sociopath greywolf?

  • @machination2 the guy happens to be right. The story keeps on changing & every time it gets less credible.

  • Lets see "Ademo" aka Adam caved in and now is eating (no surprise) and will be in general population indoctrinating the captive audience with hippy propaganda. Hippy propaganda consists of arbitrary rules and tactics. Sounds just like what hippy Ademo was fighting, huh?

  • So they can keep a person locked up indefinitely without trial. That's "justice?"

Another good point, if he really was "presumed innocent, they would release him. It's illogical to presume one way, but act like you've presumed something else.

  • @dyne313 "if he really was "presumed innocent, they would release him. "

    .

HIS INNOCENCE OR GUILT COULD NOT BE DETERMINED UNTIL HE WAS PROPERLY IDENTIFIED.

  • The cash register is still ringing since the FSP refuses to tell the dupes that Pete (the cash cow) has left jail, right?

  • Ha! Ha! Ha! I wonder what Ademo is going to think when he finds our Pete left him in jail?

  • I definitely think a "hat-in" is called for, at the very least. I'd like to think it would be standing-room-only, filled with lovers of liberty, ready to be assaulted for wearing a hat.

  • This just shows how unjust and corrupt the injustice system is. That judge is a joke. What about Adams First Amendment Right! Freedom of speech my ass. All this because Pete was wearing a hat, what a joke. Well this is peoples hard earned tax dollars going to waste. It's corrupt and this proves it!

  • Very interesting. The Judge does and can throw out the charge immediately.

  • "Presumed innocent" yet deprived of his freedom. What a complete travesty.

  • @LIbertyorDeath419 Only the stupid people believe that you are innocent until proven guilty. I have both books for prosecuting attorneys and defense attorneys where they both debunk that tired old wives tale.

  • Pete appears to be a rather dumb person. He didn't understand what was going on in the court room and he doesn't seem to understand what is going on now. Has he been to school? Does he have a daily job or why does he keep wasting everyone's time with those childish shenangians?

  • @monesv Actually Pete went to school to become a cop. Funny you wouldn't know it by the way he acts. All he can do now is spew senseless and meaningless hippy propaganda slogans for a defense. At least he stopped that loony "You should be ashamed of yourself." I am sure that the guards are probably sick and tired of that drone from him by now though.

  • i used to think cops are the real scum of the earth until i met some attorneys.

  • Peter is clearly suffering from early onset male pattern baldness, maybe the guy is little embarrassed by that. Let the guy have his hat ffs.

  • Get a bunch of people there wearing hats, even big sombraro's, camera's and sitting peacefully with thier lawyers mabie even cop friends.

com on we are all equal!!

How unfair, the judge and balifs are the criminals victomizing pete obviously

There is no Justice in the racket court

  • @seer You beat me to it with your comment. I know there are lots of non-slaves around Keene who could pack Fuhrer Burke's courtroom with hat-wearing people next time the megalomaniac in a dress is playing god with his oh-so-impressive wooden hammer. I want to see 30 people arrested for wearing hats. I bet that would make national news.(For those who have "The Most Dangerous Superstition," see page 64 for a description of the judge's mentality, taking offense at being treated like a mere HUMAN.)

  • @LarkenRose If we could get another 300 liberty-loving movers to Keene, 30 willing to get arrested simultaneously might be more likely. It's coming and it's just a matter of how soon.

  • This judge is quite literally the epitome of everything that is wrong with this once-great country. He's a dogmatic, corrupt drone.

By the way, the flag behind him has gold trim. That flag indicates that the judge is working on behalf of the Queen of England. That automatically disqualifies the room for court proceedings unless Mr. Eyre agrees to relinquish rights to the Crown. If he still holds you, it is kidnapping, and you can legally do anything necessary to free your friend.

  • OBEY OR DIE. YOU MUST COMPLY..

  • It's their way or the highway! Just take it & SHUT UP!

  • The system will break due to it being overloaded with cases & them not being to bankroll it all. I'd call that a win.

  • Like Zach said: "F*ck you, I won't do what you tell me!". Keep on Pete and Adam, if there were more CD like this, we'd get to a voluntary society much faster. Thanks for remembering you have a big dick and not letting these pricks have their way.

  • The system will break due to it being overloaded with cases & them not being to bankroll it all. I'd call that a win.

  • @aardvark9084 Look up John Robb's blog (Global Guerrillas) and track the trend of Nation-States losing their legitimacy in the eyes of the governed (read: subject class). The reason is because the fuckers in state issued gang colors have become so blatant in overstepping their raison d'etre that all but the most obtuse statist is becoming aware that governments are only interested in preying on the governed.

  • Do you notice how he just keeps pushing and pushing for the guy to "identify" himself... the "judge" is bluffing. He cannot keep an unidentified man in jail longer than 72 hours unless that man, willingly from his own mouth, identifies himself as a registered person. Problem is, no one is strong enough to call the judges bluff and just stick to their guns... everyone who has, has a nice success story to tell and don't usually end up back in jail. Learn from it, watch.

  • @awkword519 problem is, you are wrong. They kept Sam in jail for 57 days for refusing to identify.

  • @FTLIan

Well they obviously don't follow real law then do they? Or you are lieing. I think that would be more than obvious by everything they have done... it is intimidation. A man up here went 16 days, and gave no identity whatsoever, no assumptions, nothing. They had to drop all the charges, and released him. The fact he had admitted to being in the database, and that they had his finger prints linked to a person gave a fair assumption he was acting as a person (persona).

  • @awkword519 "Well they obviously don't follow real law then do they? "

    .

THEY DO FOLLOW THE LAW..... UNLIKE YOU

  • @awkword519 "He cannot keep an unidentified man in jail longer than 72 hours unless that man, willingly from his own mouth, identifies himself as a registered person.

    .

THE JUDGE CAN KEEP HIM IN JAIL UNTIL HELL FREEZES OVER OR HE COMPLYS .

  • @greywolf424

Aren't you a fear mongering little slave :) Wrong, no he can't. No one has the balls to prove it wrong though, especially people like you. You've been on these videos from the start of my journey typing in caps and spreading lies, I laugh that you're still up to your ways! Hehe. Anyways, keep your ass puckered and your face in the mud my friend... anyone, including me, who has actually practiced non-compliance to these criminals to humanity, have had nothing but success in the end.

  • @awkword519 ""Wrong, no he can't."

    ,

WRONG ASSHOLE HE CAN AND WAS HELD IN CUSTODY FOR 57 DAYS...... HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU BEEN ARRESTED SO FAR..... QUITE A FEW I IMAGINE

  • @awkword519 I AM NOT THE SLAVE, UNLIKE YOU WITH YOUR RATHER LENGTHY CRIMINAL RECORD AND NO DOUBT ON THE DOMESTIC TERRORIST WATCH LIST I CAN COME AND GO AS I PLEASE..... YOU ARE THE ONE WHO LIVES IN FEAR.

  • @awkword519 "have had nothing but success in the end.

    .

BOLD FACED LIE..... AND WE BOTH KNOW IT, WAS IT A SUCCESS WHEN YOUR CAR WAS SOLD IN A POLICE AUCTION?

  • @greywolf424 Lol, what are you talking about slave? My car has never even been towed... You don't know me, any anything you do know about me, I have posted publicly. As for being on a domestic terrorist watch list... well... someone has to challenge the corrupt system. Anyways, keep talking in those caps lock, it truly does make you less brainwashed or angry... hahahahahaha.... you continue to make me laugh, over and over and over again... I fear nothing, live very happy, and love it! :)

  • @awkword519 I KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU AND YOUR CRIMINAL RECORD JOSHUA NOVAK..... LIKE THE NUMBER OF TIMES YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH CRIMES, THE NUMBER OF CONVICTIONS, THE FACT YOU CAN NOT LEAVE THE COUNRTY.... ECT

  • @greywolf424

Why do you type in all caps? I don't get it, makes you look like a fool. Also, I have one thing on my criminal record I will gladly share with everyone, I got into a fight at age 17, had a BBGun on me, and went to jail for assault with a deadly weapon... Oh yeah, and a breech of bail, so, 2 convictions in total. I can leave the Country, been 7 years... It's one of those, "Only the lied about knows it's a lie, and cannot prove otherwise." You're just a good ol' fashioned troll :)

  • @awkword519 OH THAT IS NOT THE ONLY YOU HAVE ON YOUR RECORD.

  • @greywolf424

Yeah actually it is, freedom of information, I was able to see. also, Terry Bouffard got his car impounded, not a van, and still lives in a nice Condo, you're thinking of someone else... IF you're going to fly around freeman videos spreading lies and slander to try and push people away, at least get your facts straight... You are, and always have been, a big fucking joke with no balls to ever, EVER, stand up for anything unless its behind a computer screen. Karma. Rot.

  • @awkword519 MORE LIES, TERRY LIVES IN A CAMPER TRAILER.... HE HAS NEVER LIVED IN A CONDO.

  • @greywolf424

You're thinking of Mika... if you're going to lie, at least lie with some fact to appear intelligent... I've also been to court a few times, before I was 19. Once afterwards last year where I got arrested for tresspassing in a public court, released in 2 hours without charge... So, about 3 incidents in total. Anyone with access to public records has my permission to confirm this. Oh Mr. Greywolf, you are such a cutie!! :) Anyone like you obviously gives me a massive mental hard on.

  • @awkword519 FUNNY HOW THE STORY CHANGES, SOON THE TRUTH ABOUT YOUR ARREST RECORD WILL COME OUT

  • @greywolf424

    Dude... fix your caps lock.

  • @awkword519 LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE YOU IN COURT AGAIN, ALWAYS FUN SEEING YOU GET A HUMILIATING ASS KICKING

  • @awkword519 I ALSO KNOW ABOUT YOUR LOSER FRIEND TERRY BOUFFARD AND HOW HIS VAN WAS IMPOUNDED AND SOLD AT AUCTION AND HOW HIS IS PRETTY MUCH LIVING ON THE STREETS.

  • great job guys!

if i heard right this started because of a hat not being removed in court. what an amazing waste of money on the courts part.

  • Well if the intent here was to get on that judge's bad side and under his skin... mission accomplished.

  • Let's see this is a 6 minute video. I was told by GloriousCoconut that all short video went to his site. Hippy Ian's bitch slap is over there but this short one is here. You can't be consistent can you? Or is it just designed to hide the truth? I still say it is the second option.

  • The FSP is falling apart at the seams. I wonder how many will just quit after these stints in jail.

  • @ArrestAJudgeKit Actually seeing all these videos is making me want to move to New Hampshire to help.

  • @rogerver The only requirements are that you have to be able to whine, whimper and beg in court. Maybe you would fit right in?
