What triggers the meth to come in? Throttle position and rpm? Also is there any chance of washing the bores by using too much?

I'm being completely ignorant here but isn't water in the engine a bad idea? I understand that it could cool the incoming air but still.....

@SteveCapyk As long as it's vaporized well enough with the methanol mixture, it should vaporize completely and cause no issues with the compression and ignition strokes. It's always a concern with water-meth, but as long as the mixture is right and the nozzles are working, it's all good :)
