BTW, Between me and my skin guy we came up with a way better skinning method that is a lot lighter. When you are ready for your next space plane let me know. Got a bunch of new ones coming!
That some funny stuff. I think Spock and his brother Sporke were both killed in this episode. Not sure which episode showed the maiden of the enterprise. I bet it was not a hand launch. The decoupage looked good on video.
No, took all the weight out and used a 1300mah 3s, balances right on the step of the saucer doubler :D Its about 3 or 4 inches back from where the instructions said.
hahaha!! EPIC video! The maiden hand launch cracked me up...and I've done my fair share of "bucking bronco" take-offs with untried planes, too!! lol Did you end up keeping all the weight in the nose? Flew great once ya got the warp drives fixed!!!

I saw you posted it last night, but waited 'til I got home from work to watch, though.
Nice job!
Needs a rudder, though!

So after all this, where have you set the Cof G and what is the take off weight?
grahamlwilson 11 months ago
@grahamlwilson CG is 9 5/8 from front of saucer or right on the step of the doubler, and the AUW is about 17 ounces.
