Kevin Ryan, worked for the company (UL) who tested the Steel used at the WTC for integrity. He was promoted as the top staff under his division at UL. He is the person who validated that the steel was safe to use, and did withstand temperatures far beyond that of jet fuel. For much longer than 40 minutes.
