I did not understand well but still liked and playing it.

This is not Nepali song. But culturally somehow close to Nepal. Because Nepali, Doteli, Palpali, Kumauni or Garwali all are mountain languages and belong to Pahari language group, which further belong to greater Indo-European language family.

I have been going thru western Nepali deuda and uttarakhandi songs since some days. And they sound pretty similar to me. Specially songs in Kumauni language are pretty much understandable.

Actually this is not Nepali song, it is Uttranchali Folk songs, Uttranchal is one of the state of India. The Language is Garwali.
