as a gebirgsjager ss. what regiment did he serve with? can anyone say. also he probably wanted to forget the whole sad episode of world war two. the ss were not the flavour of the month at the end of the conflict. as long as this ex ss man has no innocent blood on his hands. i think he deserves this tribute, but, there are not many ss men with clean hands

I´m german and i can say that your uniforms etc. look realy nice. Probaly it was very expensive. BUT your German is very, i mean very bad. OK but that is sth. you could learn with a little bit of practice. And another point is, that you i mean most of you guys should do sth for your fitness.

It was great to get the opportunity to talk to a real WWII German war Vet (and hero). He was really switched on, and provided me with a lot of info on occupied Holland where my family were during the war. Like most guys from that era, he is a real gentleman.
