Do what you want. We enjoy the episodes more if you enjoy them. That kind of stuff comes through. And I loved the remastered ep.

The only joke I missed was Kuwabara's "I'm not gay!" Because. Well, its sort of an injoke, so I was waiting for it but then it didn't happen.

Also the pacing of the episode was really fast, but eh... I guess it doesn't matter too much, still I would slow it down a little because it was a bit overwhelming.

For some reason, I never had the fear that Lani would go George Lucas on us ruin a good thing. That lack of fear was well founded, cause the remake was pretty nice.

I am glad that you care enough to not just force out some crap and call it an episode. Art is not something you force. It is something that flows at its own pace(or some hippy crap like that).

Just finished watching it now, its funny, but I think I would prefer the original more. The newer version just seems like a mix between other abridges and jokes done in the past. Atleast the orginal was different and his own (at the time it was made atleast). But I won't knock it off just yet because I had fun watching it. I just hope it doesn't take two years for him to catch up with the original episodes.

The pacing was a bit too fast, and the "welfare check" joke, Tenacious D opening, and effeminate beat-up-Kuwabara music were all missed.

However, my ears wanted to bleed far less from horrible audio clipping. So I'll call this a draw.

While the new one was definitely cleaner, I just prefer the older version. Some of the great jokes from that one are missing, while the pacing of the new one, while smoother, is faster and allows less time to soak in each joke. I completely agree that a remake would work, but just don't over-remake, if that makes sense.

The new episode was awesome! If you find it more fun to remake the old episodes than making new, then by all means do it. You're doing this for fun after all, we (stares at the ones that complain) are very gratefull to you for abridging Yu Yu Hakusho. You don't even need to bother with the ones disagreeing, it's not as though they have the right to decide what you should do.

I hope you find enjoyment in the making of these new episodes, and thank you for the ones you've made so far.

Watched the remastered ep yesterday, Lani, and it was solid gold.

It's a shame YouTube has such issues as a trade off for its popularity, but I'll be glad to follow your work wherever you take it.

I will have to agree with some of the other commenters on the one thing I disliked: the "Bleach" theme opening. Yeah, it kinda fits, but it just feels a little out of place after hearing "Karate" every time. But that's my only gripe, otherwise it was fantastic.
