Even "taking it slow", that "clap, jump, clap" thing could be explained a BIT more. Like, sometimes they're hitting the right hand with the left, sometimes vice versa... I have to keep pausing and replaying to catch it. It's not just a "clap"!

That's Jamie King. He choreographs for dance video, works with a lot of celebrities (Madonna, Britney, Mya, Mariah Carey, etc). This was an instructional video that was on the Nike Rockstar web site when 24 Fitness was using their choreography for classes. It isn't anything advanced dance wise, it's for a hip hop cardio class basically.
