I can't even get to this stage :| . How do I get to it? I tried with 4' route A and B, and stage 4 route B.

I thought I completed this game earlier when I defeated Dracula for the first time ever.

However, Shaft suddenly appeared and took Dracula away.

I had a feeling it wouldn't be that easy.Doh! :(

As my score completion is only 60%, it looks like I will need to look for hidden rooms and rescue all the maidens.Only then will Shafts ghost appear!!

Very challenging game this is!! Addictive too!!

i like how you just blow through the hardest stage in the game without getting hit once,i play as maria a lot(no offense but i think she's better the richter)and i still game over tword the boss

@iceflar none taken man maria's moveset is made to be better than richters. I pick Richter more though cause hes my fave belmont. I noticed something though betwee the two characters.

Richter - Classic Castlevania style controls/Freakin badass/can take alot of damage

Maria -smooth control/can attack while moving and can double jump/ So adorable XD/can die very easily

Another really easy way to get through the room at 1:50 is to just get all the way to the right and the guardian who comes in through the nearest door will not turn around and face you so can can just repeatedly whip him until he dies.

the boss was too difficult, WAS cuz after defeat him a couple of times it became quite predictable, is what i love about this game, the more you play the better you get

Why is that in every stage 5' video everyone goes upstairs? I need advice on how to do the downstairs fights to get to the Lesser Vampire.

@DarkAdonisVyers my only advice, to get up to the lesser vampire(but not win) is to go with Maria. I said to not win because the enemies will have drained marias life dwn to nothing, or if you have an extra life then good luck.

@CrazyStickyMaster1 beat the game than take the raft route in alternate stage 4, beat carmilla and then this stage will be accessible. The reason you gotta beat the game after is mainly because this stage is harder than the dracula battle.

Pretty bitchin' new boss. Overall, this remake is more to my Castlevania tastes than the rather colorful, jazzy, cutesy original, although certain things were not done to as good effect, such as the behemoth chase.

this level was a pain in the ass, until after some practice, it became easier, but still cant finish it without losing one life (the great armors always leave too weak and the i got kill in the next part, going in the other side, i admit it is too hard)

i actually got to the boss without losing a life, then I quickly lost to the second part of the battle because I had no idea how to damage it (I was hitting each head thinking you had to kill all 3).

they did a really good job with the design of this boss IMO. Very innovative and fresh to the series, as with pretty much most of the boss fights in this game. I like how you can climb and jump on the dead snake-like limb. It just makes it seem very interactive with everything in the environment, giving meaning to the way they design it.

I need your help. Around 2:30 you can jump up to the left platforms to get item for pc version of Rondo of blood but the platforms goes down like a staircase and I can reach there. Can you tell me how to get there?

You have to beat the game first. After you beat the game, beat the alternate boss on stage 4.
