well, there are some manual washing (no - electric) that are portable and powered from an ecological rotary knob, would be perfect for the m-ch considering we do not have too many clothes. Also consider that nanotechnology are creating clothes that can not be stained or dirty.

Terrible design ..in a storm , with strong winds , that box design would present way to much resistance . The winds, would rip that little house to pieces .

The concept is good , it's small , but functional ..it's the structural design , I have a big problem with ..A geodesic dome , would have been the ideal design , for this type of home .

It can withstand 200+ mile winds .

obviously not withstand winds of 200 miles, but please clear that resists storms and snows, is made of solid aluminum and even very small and compact because it will give more concentrated resistance, as the smart fortwo. must take into account that it is designed in Germany for European countries and there are no tornadoes or strong winds as in the central states of USA.

How many rooms can one person be in at one time? One. This M-Ch provides what it claims a space/office a business person could take with him or a dwelling for college students. Myself, after working with NGO's inside and outside the US I could definitely feel like I was living in luxury if I could take this on extended travels. ((A tip from the Small House Society, put a lot of your research data in digital format rather than hard copy)).

This is smaller than your average prison cell and we already have caravans, so what's the point of this? Cool, modern, stylish design?

I'd call it substandard living conditions, even for short periods of time. It's better than a cardboard box out in the street, but just because this is not made out of cardboard - hopefully. Also, what's wrong with hotels?

Its really cool. You have everything u need in it. U can buy it. It costs about 35 000 euros. There is not a micro compact home for 2 persons but you can make the table to a second bed.
