but hey one more thing? uu in the rendering box there is a link that says ' stretch video to fill output frame size (do not letter box) ' what shout i do with that ????

You want to make sure that is not checked. It makes the video a little distorted and blurry if you check the box because if you stretch the video, you are stretching the dimensions. I wouldn't recommend doing this.

how come i get a border when i make a video? my resolution when i record is 1920x1080x24 and then when i go to sony vegas put in the vid select project: 1920x1080x32 16:9 i always get some borders :S

Try recording in Full Screen with whatever Screen Recorder you are using, and when you render it, use the settings I provide.
