  • This is why homeowner should use a licensed plumber and not a Chunk n a Truck like this bafoon!

  • dumb ass. there was a gas shut off right behind the flex pipe. notice it was always in the open posistion.

  • jajajj, dump and funny

  • yea give you credit for your attempt!!! but seriously shark bites??? and no pre-sediment filter? also cant see but you need a designated 3/4" gas feed to the heater..

  • Awesome video I laughed my ass off very red green esk

  • I'm speachless. WOW!!! I'm now dumber for having watched this.

  • Holy Hole in Doughnut WinterHaven! Fist of all, THIS IS NOT A HOW TO VIDEO. It is listed under the COMEDY category. I might have been insulted that you said it isn't funny, but then again, I only spent minutes planning this. And "vent it properly". Really?? IT'S OUTSIDE!!!!! IT'S SELF VENTING!!!!! Oh and the other guys about water filters etc.?? The installation directions said it was recommended if you have hard water. I don't so I didn't. Have a laugh ya'll, that's what this is for.

  • The comedy is not funny. This video tells you nothing about how to install. And doing it yourself is nothing short of hazardous. If you don't vent this properly you could end up getting poisoned with gasses.

  • Of course if you try it yourself and screw up - you could end up spending THOUSANDS on repairs. You also have to comply with LOCAL ordinances and may require permits Tankless water heaters also have strict requirements for venting. I don't know how old your electric water heater is, but YEARLY you have to drain it.

  • Um you suppose to have some type of water filtration system cause these types of tankless water heater are known to clog up without one

  • @Taxminia0311 You have to FLUSH it with vinegar once a year to keep it patent. You need a sump pump and 2 gallons of vinegar and let it flush out for about 1-1/2 hours. If you don't do this you will damage your tankless a great deal due to the setiment building up and once a year also clean the filter. You have to make sure you have appropriate pressure valves; some municipalities require temperature valves too.

  • Thanks for the info and the laughs my friend!

  • This is so funny. I've LIVED a lot of his warnings before....LOL@

  • Hey Moron,

Don't quit your day job, you will never make it as a comedian..oh by the way, if you do an installation video, go step by step on how to install. That is what an installation video is.

  • this is the best video EVER!!!!!!

  • HAHAHA you're awesome man ! Thanks for making that so fun LOL

  • dude, you crack me up. Can you please do something else...like maybe install some solar panels next. :)

  • I was going to do this, but I don't have a white dog and a black cat.

  • This is MUCH more entertaining than "This Old House".
