  • Where is this located in Australia ?

  • Stockinbingal is a village and rail junction between Cootamundra and Temora 300+ kms south west of Sydney.

  • Thanks for telling me where Stockinbingal is located. I'm an Aussie currently in China teaching English. I've been here three years now. When I watch your different videos, I'm a bit surprised at how many old diesel locos and the types of lashups that I see used working on mostly freight trains. An electric train here in China called the CRH, gets up to 300km/h. All train services are reliable. Some passenger trains will have up to 25 carriages. China is upgrading their rail systems as well.

  • Great video - have the semaphore signals since been removed as well?

  • Thanks. I've not been back recently but believe all the old signals have gone.

  • Shame - I guess that's progress!

  • @wellowvids tell me what a semaphore signal is and i could tell u if they are removed? i can even make a vid if you want

  • good shot of the Graincorp loco's

  • Great video, thanks for sharing!

  • Thanks!
