I have the PS3 demo of Split Second and I recommend the game. It is really cool. There is action and you feel it is real, alive. The multiplayer function is good. That's why I like Split Second!

Since you wanted things to be clarified. In the game, racers rack up "power points" by drifting, going off jumps, passing other cars, and more. The power points activate the explosions that you see on the video, or shortcuts or they completely "blow u the street" and it forms as another passage. The course can never end, it only changes if the players do so.

but in normal racing game usually if one makes a crash it is over cos other players get so much lead. if u happen to blow the street i would think the lead would be much greater lol. i would like the single player, blow up cpu cars but in online multiplayer i would be pissed if i would lose for one epic explosion
