Company I worked for tested a Sterling that looked just like that one around 2001 but it was red and had a C12 Cat. Most of us hated it. My complaint was The dash layout was terrible and the seat way too high even when on the floor.

The trucks are also made of plastic and are very cheap. Daimler annoucned that they are done making the vehicles soon, so oh well. :)
