Ive met French Canadians who speak no english at all. It all depends on how they're raised.

gsp is from an English and French speaking country. His first Language is French. His English is very good only thing is that because he has an accent he pronounces words different. Unless you speak the queens English don't hate on anyones English.

The part of Canada the GSP is from speaks primarily French. French is his first language. He had to learn English. There was an interview with his family and they had to used subtitles for some of his family members because they do not speak english.

in schools in canada they teach french as a second language in schools in english-speaking provinces, and vice versa in the french ones. who knows maybe he learned to speak english another way.

I like NOG a lot but I hate it when a fight loses and comes out with excuses. I'm sure his injuries were legit but I'm also sure that Frank Mir had injurys also. Everybody fights injured. Just admit that your opponent is better then you.

He didn't offer excuses he simply stated he didn't perform at his best, he wasn't in shape the way he needed to be to compete. We all saw him get dominated he doesn't need to tell us that . This is a sport where guys have to respect their opponent not kiss their asses. What I heard was a disappointed fighter that knows he can do better and is focused on making changes.

You seem like a person that dismisses others with the cliche "everybody has problems."

Frank Mir doesn't have half the skills Nog has, there was something obviously wrong with Nog either he wasn't happy being there, was rigged or didn't get enough training or injuries.

Actually Nog had Staph infection, which is why he wasn't 100%.

I'm a bigger NOG fan then I am a Frank Mir fan but I'm sure Frank had some serios injuries he had to fight through also. Anyways Nog will be back. Hes going to submit Lesnar and then rematch Mir after he loses to Brock. I hope that by the end of 2010 Nog will be the Champion. Unless... FEDOR sighnes with the UFC.
