97 Toyota 4 runner spark plug remove and replace

Thanks man! I also have a 97 4Runner 3.4L and am going to do this. I've been having hesitation for a while and a check engine light. I ended up having two freeze plugs rust out and when replaced the mechanic checked the plugs since I thought I also had a blown head gasket. Anyways, he said the check engine light was from the spark plug which was really in need of change. My runner has 210,000 miles which I bought it at 148,000, so I have no clue when the last time the plugs were changed.
