Ohhh man Gnarly one at 2:11, that would have split him in two down the middle. I saw a "Drop- Kill" They were on a ledge above the victim and they just dropped and used the hidden blade all in one move. I've tried but can't duplicate. It look like you would know. This was used for assassinating William de Montferrat after ridding the near rooftops.

You forgot the hidden blade stealth assasinations, when you hold x button when you kill your enemy with hidden blade for example from back it will put your enemy on knees and then hit to his neck, from front it will hit to his face. And when you run and hold x button and in the very near you assasinate the enemy with hidden blade, it kills them differently.

Just wanted to tell, because i haven't seen anyone done these kills.

After looking at both Ezio's and Altair's counter kills, Altair's is definitely the more brutal. While Ezio's may be flashy, there's something about the counter kills in AC 1 that just completely encompasses that cold, merciless assassination brutality that seems to be lacking in the second game.

I dunno. Ezio's more about style while Altair is just like f*** you... XD

I gotta say that the knee stomp is the most brutal. Of course, I've never seen this counter version when playing, only the Combo with the short blade. Also: I'm pretty sure he ends the combo by snapping their neck after breaking their leg.

@Peytongonavry Altair used the apple of eden to come up with these ideas, as he learnt that in small doses, the apple could provide him with answers. At the end of Bloodlines he claims he wants to learn as much as possible about the apple. He also created every weapon he designed (The second hidden blade, the gun and the poisoned blade). Basically, by doing Al-Mualims dirty work for him in the events of the first Assassins Creed game, Altair grew more wiser and more talented, thanks largely to

@TheLankyCookie and he fixed the hidden blade, no, it was not leonardo(i think) and i have 3 reasons.

1. when leonardo fixed giovanni's hidden blade he said ''its been modified'', not ''i modified it''

2. in the auditore crypt says that the father of the guy who made the villa had a mark on his finger (he was an assassin, so if he only had the mark he didnt cut his finger, that means the blade was modified)

3. in the codex altair says that the sacrifice of the finger isnt necessary :D

@blackbadmac i know altair fought the odds and prevailed... and he was incredibly deadly... however, altair wrote the codex pages and filled them with knowledge that he never used after he wrote it. ezio enlisted his friends to his cause and learned from the master: altair. ezio was not as arrogant in the beggining, despite being younger than altair being more expirienced... you would think he would learn something BEFORE being stabed and forced to redeeme himself.
