Here's superkampion comment for if you don't have the Max things for IE. I'm posting it again because I had that problem and this worked. So Thx superkampion.:D

For users of XP Home Edition make sure you create a restore point 1st then procede to follow the instructions in the video once you

get to Internet Settings right click on the white space and choose create dword name the 1st one MaxConnections Per1_0Server then double click set to decimal and type in 10

do this again but name it MaxConnections PerServer and close out the areas you opened and close registry open IE and see the difference.

C:\Windows\System32and search for "run" if you dont find it your computer probably have some kind of malware or virus...!
