I took the time to visit the link he provided me, and what is claimed to have happened would have created seismic activity of epic proportions.
Plants grow bigger and faster in a Carbon dioxide rich environment, and not an oxygen rich environment.
That is something that would have to be done: actual scientific research into their claims which is something that can be done if the funds were available. However it would have to be done by unbiased researchers that were experts in the field.

I used to think that as well. However, watch the fourth video of his 'Satan invented Evolution' series. Watch his reaction when he thought that talkorigins was being dishonest. A person cannot fake that kind of reaction. Based on this, I think he is indeed this ill informed. So sad but true!!

Which prophecies are you talking about? And where in the bible does it mention 2 planes flying into two buildings? And if you knew that the bible predicts this event, why didn't you do anything to stop it?

Prophecy is something that is rather vague, and can be interpreted to mean just about anything. Also, if someone was to try to bring prophecy to false fruition it would be not for the good of all, but for the few.

The thing is, VenomFangX's (and Kent Hovind's) explanation is unbiblical to begin with. Based on the Bible, the "waters of the deep" were there before the creation. What these fruits are doing is to try and reconcile Biblical cosmology with modern science, and to do so, they're not only twisting science to its breaking point, but also doing the same with Biblical cosmology.

great video! its funny that venomfangx confuses the creation-story and the global flood.
but oxygen-levels really were somewhere between 40% and 50% in the distant past. its the time where you get those giant-dragonfly fossils. insects have less advanced breathing, limiting their size according to atmospheric oxygen. and if you have ever seen one of those dragonfly fossils... they were huge.

I thought the entire tomato plant experiment was a Creationist hoax to begin with... Anyway... that whole theory is blown out of the water by observing that people who live in the mountains, where oxygen levels are like half of what they would be at sea level, somehow grow the same size as everyone else. That goes for dogs and lizards, too, and just about anything else you can get to grow up there.

The other thing about the tomato plant that grew bigger is that tomato plants are a vines anway (you have to use stakes in the garden) so given half a chance they can grow big or perhaps long is a better discription.
