This brings back fond memories of '70s television, in which good guys (and girls) were really good, the bad guys are more funny looking than scary, and life seemed magical, colorful, and full of adventure.
One more thing: the actress who did the voice of Web Woman was Linda Gary, who did the voice of all of the female characters in the He-Man cartoons. Sadly, she died of brain cancer in 1995.
Weird Ass cartoon. I vaguely remember the companion shows to the Tarzan Repeats in 77-78. Were these shows less than a whole 1/2 hour ep?? 15 minute eps??
But Ahhhh the cartoons of the 70s and early 1980's. it was a child's paradise if U could watch more than hour. Our parents were strict on school days but were more lax on saturdays!! And thank god we had a spare TV in the basement(3 siblings)!!

The only thing worthwhile about this cartoon concept was Web Woman's costume and the way she was drawn.
