I went on this ride today and it was the worst ride ever. At one moment I felt really hard to breath.

I don't know why, but the mere thought of fast movement and spinning terrified me. For instance, the idea that planets and galaxies movie about in the universe at speeds humans cannot even begin to comprehend has sometimes sent my mind into a state of panic. However, The Gravitron always excited me. I probably rode this ride more than any other at the carnival as a kid. (Did you know that at the equator, the earth rotates at approximately 1,000 MPH?)

This is fun but the gravity gets really intense. It's fun tho to "sit up" on the wall when it's spinning. It's the weirdest feeling ever. Oh yeah anyone know how many G's u get on there while spinning?

Years ago, one of these rides was subject to a braking malfunction, and span at full speed for 20 MINUTES.

Several riders suffered prolonged headaches and nausea following rescue, and one actually blacked out whilst the ride was in motion.

I remember this ride. Does anyone remember the "devil's hole" ride which was a big red building that was simmilar to this but the floor would drop beneath you and you can go to the top of the ride and sit in seats to watch the people below you? That ride was awsome. I think they got rid of the devils hole ride because it was unsafe and people were getting injured.

inside there are pads that you lay your back ( your standing up the whole time ) on and it goes all the way around the ufo and in the middle is the "DJ" like man . As the ride speeds up it sucks you to the pads and it also goes up and down with the music playing . Its not scary or anything if it was I wouldn't go on it .

it was really fun and there were little 4 year old girls on it and every one would be upside down people would hang on the pole and try to push aganst the gravity its really fun and i didnt puke at all it was in Connecticut

after ten minutes being on it the scotty relized sometthing was wrong when we all screamed his name for help. he didnt know what to do so my dad told him to pull the plug. he did we all got off people werre crying,scared,and happy to be off of the ride. i was sooo dizzzy. and i had a headache. i probly will never go on this ride again. this was at paris fair in c.a

i went on the gravatron ride last night. it was me and my sis and my bro. it was are last ride of the night. we relized something was wrong when the door didnt close and the ride started then the opperator started yelling SCOTTY (the guy opperating outside) we thought this was all a joke untill the we relized the lights werent on and the opperator was freaking out. the he started cussing with little kids in there so i knew this was serious. the ride was stuck and they couldnt stop it.
