I am a vegan and I tell people not to kill animals. They say but i AM STILL KILLING A PLANT. What should I say in response to this.

Personally, I think veganism is stupid, unhealthy and goes against the human biology than natural selection has shaped for us. Human evolution without meat would not have got us to where we are today. Large brains could not have been evolved on a vegan diet. There are certain essential amino acids that can only be derived from animals and the best vegan proteins have a poor absoption rate in comparison to animal proteins.

But, good video, I enjoyed it!

im vegan because i respect life, my choice was base for our co-habitants but im glad is good beyond.. is good for ALL.

it is actually amazing what happens after you become veg*an.. you evolve into highest consciousness.

Good video. A friend of mine says to me: "You act holier than thou". This is after he heard I went Vegan and approached me saying that it was ok to eat meat and it is "what we are """Supposed""" to do" etc etc I gave my response of animals feel pain and have language, we are animals etcetc. If I am the one not doing what I am supposed to do by NOT eating animals then isn't HE acting holier than thou????Hmmmm.

Although I validated the life style for seven years, it was too complicated for me to maintain.

I think I'm the first person to comment on this video that doesn't have the term "vegan" in their username!!

Great video... The best part is that I think its pretty iron-clad against all of the typical (non-nutritional) anti-vegan arguments such as "There are PEOPLE being _______ed to death in __________istan! And you're worried about ANIMALS?!" (That reads "being blanked to death in Blankistan")
