yeah the dollar is the main reason because the rest of the world is subsidizing the US.. Russia is one of those countries subsidizing us.. They own about 400 billion dollars of T-bills and they still sell their oil in dollars.. That's a MAJOR subsidy to the US to live beyond its means while Russians are forced to live BENEATH their means.. The Russians need to end their dollar peg and let the ruble raise but they cant do that as long as dollar remains the reserve currency..
