Thats fucking cool man!!! send me the code i used to code in qbasic back in the 90's man now i'm getting back into it with Visual basic 2010 on visual studio pro 2010 learning visual basic first , and work my way up to C# and C++
Seems like 2 different "types" were used, x and y. If 2 types collide at the same spot, they reverse direction. Adding the fade seemed to hide that fact. Am I close? It looks very nice though, I would suggest adding some langston style code to some of them to make it seem less repeatable...or even just random static every so many frames.
I did it in Visual Basic. Well QBasic originally and then ported it. What you are looking at is acually moving ASCCII art. I can give you the code if you are interested.
