It's a Hong Kong TV serties called The Snow Is Red from 1996 with David Chiang (John Chiang) & Tsui Siu Keung (Norman Chu) & it's Chinese, this is dubbed into Thai it's NOT Chinese original sound... they love the Kung Fu stuff over there too... lovely!
