nice work...what did you use to make the spider ( type of material and wood)

The spider is made from american walnut and then gloss varnished. The platform is made from oak with an oil finish. Glad you like it.

Really nice work. Well, it's amazing, really. (It's not a spider, though. The body is more of an insect's; spiders are Arachnids with Cephalothorax.) Sorry for the nitpicking; the only excuse I have is that I'm a biologist.
