Governmental structures in traditional communism create infestation of power and control at the upper levels which translates problem in personal freedoms when expanding the system leading to failure. Equality (of money) is not about government structures or political power paradigms as you suggest.

IF you don't have to survive anymore, a lot of jobs in this world will no longer be.

Work will be in a form of conscription for 3 to 4 years. In a community, everyone has needs-water food hygiene etc. And somebody needs to supply those needs.

Simple, if you don't want to be part of the labour involved then as a community it would be seen as unfair. Be self-responsible and we can actually Live a Life worth Living.

equal money???? but money is the whole problem, look up The Venus Project or Jaques Fresco or The Zeitgeist Movement because these people talk about the possibility of resource based economies as apposed to monetary based economies (not to spam your wall) but seriously its sort of the answer to what your all fussing about so do it.

With a equal money system people have to change - to stop what we have created in the name of greed and survival.

BEcause with equal money Life wont be about surviving as it is now - but actual Living.
