Ok I solved my issue with it starting in "safe mode" well after install it went to safe mode instead of removing I went into it's settings the go into "manage current theme" turned off video for lock screen it was on and immediately it was off "safe mode" fabulous app.

I have vWallpaper- I've installed it. It works fine, but now when I turn it off and put my own wallpaper for background on the lockscreen it's fine, but on the home screen it's just BLACK with my icons. How do I fix that? Can I have both vWallpaper and use regular wallpapers as well? What will happen if I just remove the package from cydia?

@Bodil40 Are you using "vWallpaper2"?  If so there is a toggle to use just a wallpaper.

I've removed it and it's all ok now ;)

@Stalin7s Not really. Unless you just stare at the screen all day. When you go into any application, vWallpaper turns off. You can test this with any long video. everytime you exit an application or turn the phone on, the video will start from the beginning. Unlike video wallpapers used through winterboard which run continuously.

The opaque icons are not bad but if you want to see more of your Vwallpaper try the 'Iphone 4 clear icons' theme. Just leaves the icon name but no icon itself so you have a clear view of your wallpaper.
