u should get dome hoodia/green tea pills, to help ur cravings, because you are not eating very well and dats y u r getting cravings in the middle of the night.
one of the ways i overcame it...it took a while but one way was the food will ALWAYS be there...its not the last piece of cake on earth, or candy, or meal...u have to think about what it is u really want out of this...to be healthier right? and it isnt healthy to eat at 2 in the morning

Go drink some room temp water you will get full quicker and also you can buy some strawberries OMG those and water your belly will be so full you wouldn't even think about eating anything else. Are you eating any protein?
I make sure I have 60 g. protein a day. All that fruit and veg is great but they sure don't keep the craving away.

the only protein i get is from meal replacement shakes that i have once a day. 180 cal, 10g protein, 5g fiber, etc.
