@steitisch You can contact LPE,HPE or any tuner and they can ship a supercharger kit or turbo kit or whatever you want. It will be expensive. Find a local shop before you buy a kit that specializes in performance upgrades and tuning and see if they could install the kit that you order.

They went with a design that works and lasts, like Mercury Racing with their twin-screw 1300 hp GM APBA racing engines, which withstand hundreds of hours at full throttle.

Only issues S/C Zo6 Vette would have to Veyron are; Veyron has AWD (better launch of the 1001 hp) and braking is better cuz of rear spoiler moves to help create drag during hard braking. Now, upping the Zo6 brakes to 09' ZR1's would make it close, Zo6 has the Veyron in the corners and is more nimble all around because of curb weight and weight distribution. Pricing for a Twisn Screwed Zo6 compared to Veyron pricing...Zo6 all the way. Finally, engineering is easier with LS7.

People like you completely miss the point of the Veyron. Sure there are now other cars that are faster, in the top speed and acceleration categories, but the Veyron is stable at 254 mph. Most cars start to buck like there's no tomorrow when you are going that fast. The Veyron is a masterpiece of engineering. instead of alot of piping on a twin turbo, you use alot of belts. the intake piping uses a y-pipe into the throttle body. its really a tradeoff. on twin turbos, you have an exhaust piping nightmare. on a twin superchargers, you an intake piping nightmare
