How to learn a flip turn in 5 easy steps

this video is the best thing i've ever found on the internet. i've been watching hundreds of other videos and reading on sites etc and after weeks of trying was still struggling to get the flip turn right. after this video i got it right within 10 minutes. too bad you guys can't win an oscar.

how do i know when to start my turn? so i dont hit the wall? and how do i not get water in my nose? and why do i always end up goin to the other lanes?! my flip turn doesnt have to be the best cause im not racing, but if it takes time off my 500 yard swim for my Navy stuff, then i want to learn it. Thanks!
