i can make the rotation but i can't land without my hands on the ground. Any suggestions?

Your back tuck is really low then, if you need to put your hands on the ground then jump higher.

Phy you forgot to mention to bring your knees to your chest and DON'T drop your chest to your knees. That's one of the biggest factors in learning it.

hey, good job, phyman, if you got time, can you make a short tutorial on how to spot someone for backflip, cuz theres some ppl that want me to spot them but it feels weird doing it, lol

If they know the basics on back tucks usually all you need to do is put your hand on their back and the other hand kind above behind their knee. Then just guide them through it. The worst that happens is the land on their hands and kness
