actually, no one cares about the GHS band. 90% of the band is band geeks. Its a waste of money and time. It's all about The Football Team Go devils

@soccerstrike23 Well, thanks for the support. The band program is not a waste of money. There are more scholarships available for members of a music program than for a sports program. Band students also generally have better GPA's than most people in school. There are great things that come from being in a band program. I'm not dissing the Football team, I'm just saying, the band is not a waste money, and just as much hard work is put into the band as is in the Football team.

It was the Tennessee State Championship for High School. That's why it was later in the year.
