And I personally find it better when commentators don't scream on for ages going crazy and rather act more professional. It makes the great moments great (e.g. saving the enthusiasm for big moments) unlike the south american commentators who scream about small insignificant things.

Also, in his entire carreer Van Persie has scored 110 goals in 301 games: about 1 goal every 3 games, while Suarez has scored 142 in 242 games, more than a goal every 2 games, not to mention he was playing for Ajax for the majority of that time: a team with nowhere near the footballing prowess of Arsenal, so he would have had less opperunities to score: so, on that basis, Suarez is the better player.

And about Ajax having less chances at goal than Arsenal because Arsenal is better at footballing can't really be compared either because the opponents of Ajax are much much weaker than the opponents of Arsenal, so they can have the same amount of chances Arsenal gets in the epl because the dutch league is a weaker league. Anyways, they are both terrific players but two totally different players :D

You cant compare a midfielder and a defender becayse they have different jobs, but of corse you can compare 2 strikers, and right now I'd rather have Suarez than 95% of the other strikers in the world. I would always respect players like Hyypia, Gerrard, Carragher, Barnes, Rush and Dalglish. As far as rival teams go, you're seen as the biggest threat to us. So, that deserves respect, if not fear.
