  • @roanne69 * 30 times, as in 30 repetitions of each exercise should take you like 1.30 minutes maximum :P i'd say do the whole thing 4 times

  • no joke, guys at my rugby club do this, its unbeleivable how it aids your agility in sport xD

    a freind started doing it and we were all like; "HAHAH wth are u doin!?" he said; "do it, trust me it helps" so we tried for a week, just messing around and trying to put him off but eventualy during trainin sessions we realy noticed the difference haha :'D

  • @Twinbladel1 I would say it mostly tones muscles. You need cardio to really burn the fat away. However, there is some good movement to the moves, so it might help with the fat a little, but I think this is mostly meant for muscle toning. :)

  • @blueturtle298 cardio helps you loose weight everywhere when muscles work they rid fat in that area so you will burn the fat off you nees and top leg you wont loose weight on your face but I cud so b wrong so dont let me contradict you if i am lol

  • @friskyspark No worries. :) As I understand it, losing fat in specific areas of the body only isn't possible. Cardio exercise is what I'm told burns away the excess fat all over the body, and then we can use exercises like these to tone and sculpt the muscle. However, I read a lot of different things from people who claim to be well versed in the area of physical fitness; you could very well be right. I feel that there are so many different accounts of what's true, it's hard to know for sure.

  • @blueturtle298 now dats a good point lol, the way I see it is that it hurts my knees so it has to either work the muscle or loose fat and Im okay with either lol well your doing something at least so.. :)

  • It burns! I'm gonna do this often. I injured my knee a year ago but I still need to get stronger thigh muscles. These moves seem silly but they truly work the thighs!

  • @XxPnutbudaxX Who says she's anorexic? She's naturally thin. Many of us will never be this thin but some people are lucky to have a naturally thin body. Quit being jealous. I'd love to be as thin as she is but my body type isn't naturally thin. You're probably a sad fat person who wishes she could have her body.
