I have a 18 month old Border Collie/McNab mix, you can see videos of him on my channel. Hes the one that looks like hes wearing a mask.

They can breed when the female goes into her first heat but that normaly happens before there a year old and you don't want to let them have pups when there that young.

So, You normaly wait untell there 2 years old or older before you let them breed.
