i was riding up coed y brenin on friday and came round one of the corners 2 quick and hit a rock at 45mph and went straight over the handle bars like doing an endo and face planted into the mud and the bike was a hire bike ( trek ticket 20) luckily no damage to the bike coz my body worked as a cushion for it
