  • why did you not pin your jointing tape down to hold it in place whilst spreading your glue?

  • That plate compactor looks very suspect!!!!! LOL

  • Whoever msgreenfiend is, he or she had nothing to do with the installation in the video but seems to want to imply that they have personal experience of it. The installation took around 6 hours and why this anonymous person who doesn't have a real name felt cheated is a complete mystery. I suspect this is a very poor attempt at sabotage by a competitor. How sad is that?

  • Rather a traumatic installation process - definite lack of care and attention on the part of the Scotgreens installers. Wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through the same experience. One day job? - more like one month! Felt really cheated as a result.

  • The green stuff is special all-weather adhesive used to join the separate sections of artificial grass. You do need it in combination with the joining tape to keep the bits from lifting or coming apart. As an alternative you could embed tomber underneath the joint and screw the two edges down, but it is not nearly as successful as tape and glue.

    Cheers,

    Colin

  • what is the green stuff at @3:52 + do you have to use it.
