But remember, it took 4 years in a public court to convict Mohammad Mossaui, that's 4 years of family members having to listen to Mossaui trying to justify the unjustifiable. But remember, it took 4 years in a public court to convict Mohammad Mossaui, that's 4 years of family members having to listen to Mossaui trying to justify the unjustifiable. The sentencing took place 4 years after the trial began. Military courts are far quicker, and do not give the defendants the opportunity to spew their nonsense. I say put the assholes in military courts, kill them, and move on to other business.

And I agree with you to some extent. I don't like long trials either and sometimes the court system moves too slowly. But I think in this case it would get priority and a good judge would make sure justice is swift. The cost of freedom in America is that we let the other side give their side of the story. But since the truth is on our side I think we should not worry. It would send a powerful message to the work that America is a good, just and fair country unlike Iran or North Korea.

But there is also no 100% certainty he will be found guilty in a military tribunal, either. But chances are 90% or better he will be found guilty in both instances.
