@rockmania27 Ok, this is how you get the " Replay " PRivvelaegieigezorz " You take your hand, put it over your whole face, like palm at the nose and fingers are spread out, AND THEN, you hit your hand with your other fist as hard as you can. :D Trust me, I do it all time.

on the GBA version.. after you beat the game.. you can save what ever items you want and go to any world or level you want and use what ever item you want and on what ever level you want there are no limits, except for the amount of items you hold

Once you beat Super Mario Bros. 3 on Super Mario Bros. Advanced 4 (GBA), you can play levels again(This is how he has the frog suit, and possibly the 978 lives) and you can watch replays of a level you just completed and save them(Not sure if the game needs to be beaten for that).

In the far east there's a rock at the edge of the map. Use a hammer on it and you'll see a rare Fire Bros. Battle and a Frog Suit House. This person apparently beat SMA4 to get infinite access to houses.
