i've searched for this actors credits and compared as many photo's and timelines as i can, and unless he has had blepharoplasty (eyelid reconstruction) and can be in 2 places at once then there is no way that is him, also in comparative photo's Fulford appears taller.

But Ben Fulford HAS been a known disinfo agent for years..
