Just found out you can't say that the police stole your vehicle. Read article 324 of the criminal code. By not giving it over to the police if it's a legal seizure, you are stealing your own property and can be charged for it.

Do you have a security agreement with your NAME? You need to have a bond with the treasury (so that its in the public) before you attend the court so all fines and penalties can be settled by it. You should also have a commercial lien against your NAME which states explicitly that all liabilities born upon you by the NAME are first in line to be settled by the NAME. Commercial liens are bulletproof!

Went to court today. The judge, didn't accept any of our information, was going to have the said party arrested for Contempt of court, and set a trail date! None of what we said, was taken seriously. Although they made us be the last heard on that day. We followed what you had said in this video, different judge, different outcome. We were polite and respectful. Not sure what to do now. @Triplethreatwindsor What happens if a court appearance is missed upon continuance and a warrant is put out? I'm assuming in this situation you could reserve right under UCC 1-207 and claim error or misunderstanding of proceedings?
