For some reason i think its either pink floyd or dream theater but I really can't figure it out. It doesn't sound like anything off of a pink floyd recorded album, but i'm thinking it might be from some live concert dvd.

yes. The whole song is about the Biblical "end of days". The verse that gets me is "A man is coming in thirteen one". Does that mean that maybe Satan/Antichrist/Iblis might be so powerful that one single body can not hold his power. That he maybe he needs more than one like "13". Maybe that's a theory but you never know, people are waiting for "one" man maybe it's actually "13 in 1 or 1 in 13".
