Call the cops every time they are making noise at 3 a.m.. The cops will come if you make a noise complaint. If they keep making noise then the these people will get ticketed for being too noisy. That will solve your problem. Stop just complaining to yourself. If you want the problem solved then complain to the police. Police love to give tickets and they would be happy to ticket these people.

I used to fret about noisy neighbors - then I went to Walgreens and spent 3 bucks for squishy earplugs. Problem solved! I sleep like a rock through anything they can throw at me. And THAT annoys them more than any complaining I've done.

Yeah I know what thats like. I lived in my old house for 9 years I never had a problem. Some young redneck trash moved in next to me about a year ago. They would party all night JUST LIKE THESE FUCKS, they would steal my parking space constantly, they would let their dogs bark alllllllll night, they would hang out in front of my house all hours of the night. they acually turned the neighbors against me lol. And they would party non-stop Monday- Sunday, especially on Mondays for some reason. fuck

@hawncase Cops in NYC no longer respond to noise complaints - or anything else for that matter. Unless they can issue fines & summonses, they could care less about the problems of citizens. The landlord can't do anything about it. I used to have a super soaker which I used to shoot 'em in the arse with when they were good & high. (Works best in the winter.)

I live in what's considered the worst neighbrhood in my town. Even here people show respect for one another. If the music gets loud, I simply ask them to turn it down at bedtime. They do the same to me. Holidays are a bitch because no one wants to adjust the volume! That's when I take a huge bottle of strong liquor to them. The sooner the get drunk, the sooner it gets quiet. Still, my thug neighbors are more respectful than yours. You should try to move.

Mace the place not pepper spray. Mace is very hard to clean up. Pepper spray works better if it spray in the eyes but it heavy and falls to ground faster where mace does not need much air movement to keep it in the air.

At around 8am actually go out and knock on their door (if you can hide a camera with you that would be great) and when a razzled, redeyed, half awake person answers start the conversation with "Hi, there. I've lived in Bronxdale Houses years ago and it seems like nothing changes. They do not evict tenants unless they are not (1) paying their rent or (2) doing drugs and they find out.
